Bij Skin Facts zorgen we ervoor dat uw bestelling snel en zorgvuldig wordt verzonden. Lees hieronder ons verzendbeleid:

Levertijd

  • Bestellingen in Nederland worden binnen 1 tot 3 werkdagen geleverd.
  • Bestellingen naar het buitenland (België) worden binnen 1 tot 5 werkdagen geleverd.

Verzendkosten binnen Nederland

  • Bestellingen boven €100 worden gratis verzonden binnen Nederland.
  • Voor bestellingen onder €100 rekenen wij €6,95 aan verzendkosten.
Verzenden naar België
  • Bestelling naar het buitenland (België) worden verzonden met UPS of DHL met een standaard tarief van €12,95, ongeacht het bestelbedrag.

Bezorgdienst

  • Wij werken samen met betrouwbare bezorgdiensten zoals PostNL, DHL en UPS (alleen naar het buitenland) om ervoor te zorgen dat uw bestelling veilig en snel wordt geleverd.

Track & Trace

  • Zodra uw bestelling is verzonden, ontvangt u een e-mail met een Track & Trace-code, zodat u uw pakket kunt volgen.

Afwijkingen in levertijd

  • Tijdens drukke periodes, zoals feestdagen, kan de levertijd iets langer zijn.
